Doing Research in the exhibition (indoor)

Following an introduction, the students explore the exhibition and hands-on stations themselves in teams of 2. After a final discussion, we will show what humanoid robots are able to do…

Please print the research forms (1 form per team of 2). Otherwise, we will have to charge a contribution for expenses of €2.50 per form. Upon registration, we will send the teachers the research form with the solutions. This is intended as preparation for the visit as well as for follow-up in class.

Bio & Nik’s fantastic journey (indoor)

Little inventor Nik would love to take a stroll upside down on the ceiling. But how? Together with his friend Bio, the fox, he goes on an exciting journey into nature.

After the book reading the pupils explore and experience the exhibition together. And actually, what is the little robot doing in the Bionicum?

Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours
Grades: Grades 1 to 4
Maximum 30 students at a time

Guided tour of the exhibition (indoor)

The guided tour provides clear and interactive information about the most important topics in bionics. If desired, special reference can be made to the respective curriculum.

Duration: 1 hour
Grades: 3 to 13
Maximum 15 participants per group
Two groups can be guided at a time

 

Guided Bionic Tour in the zoo (outdoor)

The Bionic Tour is a discovery journey about bionics through the Nuremberg Zoo. Special reference can be made to the curriculum – if desired.

Duration: 1.5 hours
Grades: 3 to 13
Maximum 15 participants per group
Two groups can be guided at a time

Zoo entrance fee will apply. Please also remember to bring weatherproof clothing and footwear.

 

Doing Research on the Bionic Tour  in the Zoo (outdoor)

The Bionic Tour can also be explored in teams (max. 4 students) using a research sheet. Up to the 7th grade, the Bionicum provides pedagogical support. From the 8th grade onwards, the work is done independently after a short introduction.

Please download and print out the research form in advance. Otherwise we have to charge a fee of 2,50 € per from at the Bionicum. We will send the solutions after booking.
